Shipping policy

 

All silk products are handmade to order — please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order is dispatched. 

Once shipped, delivery times follow standard Australia Post estimates. Please note that shipping estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date your order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, midl is not responsible for delays, damaged, or lost mail. Every order includes tracking so you can follow your parcel on its way to you. 📦

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — if you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible! Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped we're unable to update the address.

Local pick-up from markets may be available — please get in touch before placing your order to arrange.
